30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• - Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at thinhshyn09121997@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fan arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

 

Warranty

All fans include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale/clearance items and gift cards are final sale unless defective.
